 Official Giveaway Campaign Rules and Regulations

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING

1. Eligibility: The campaign for the giveaway of a free original hand-pulled screen print (“Campaign”) is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by laws, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Members of the immediate family of the sponsor, Harriet Zabusky-Zand, are not eligible.

2. Sponsor: The Campaign is sponsored by Harriet Zabusky-Zand, 320 Long Pond Rd., Marstons Mills, MA 02648. Any questions regarding the Campaign should be addressed to the Sponsor using the Contact page on the website www.harrietzzart.com.

3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, each Entrant agrees to abide by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the campaign, as determined by the Sponsor, are final in all respects. The Campaign is subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited by law.

4. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on August 10, 2020 at noon EDT and ending at September 20, 2020, midnight EDT. All entries must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the campaign at her discretion.

5. How to Enter: The method of entry will be available by visiting our website, www.harrietzzart.com and following the directions provided to fill out the entry information, and submit. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may enter only once per email address or per household. Entrants agree that the email submitted for the Campaign may be used by the Sponsor for future mailings by the Sponsor. The Entrant may opt out of this right by emailing the sponsor.

6. Prize: Free 14”x10” hand pulled screen print “Eclipse 3” from the Light of Distant Stars collection. Matted, 19” x 14.5”. Retail value of the prize is $250. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. Any prize related expenses, including any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification: On or about September 22, 2020 the Sponsor will select the potential campaign winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The Sponsor will notify the potential winner via the email provided in the entry within five days of the end of the Campaign. The Winner will be asked to provide an address to which the prize can be sent. If the potential winner has not responded within 14 days, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining entries. The Winner agrees to allow the publication of his/her name as the winner of the campaign.

9. Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in her sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the campaign. The Sponsor reserves the right, in her sold discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms and Conditions, including multiple entries from the same computer or the use of bots, macros, scripts or other technical means of entering. Any attempt by an Entrant to damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and each or her respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Campaign, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from any liability, illness, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not from that Entrant’s participation in the Campaign and the acceptance, use, misuse of any prize that may be won. Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the Prize.

11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Campaign or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class actions, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Massachusetts, and shall be governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
