RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with a piece of my art, such as abstract art landscape paintings, you may return it within seven days of receipt of the work.  A refund of the purchase price, less the cost of packing and shipping will be made to you.

Original Artwork Policy

Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided if you are happy with your purchase.

If the artwork is received in good condition, and you decide you want to return it within seven (7) days of the delivery date, contact us at harrietzzart@gmail.com and give us the order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.

Once authorization is given to return the work, within an additional 3 days, repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials.  If you have disposed of the original packaging or if it is damaged, you will be responsible for packaging the work in a manner to return it safely and securely.  Return shipping will be at your expense.  Email us at harrietzzart@gmail.com with the shipping information and tracking number.

A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the artwork, such as Buddhist inspired abstract paintings, etc., in undamaged condition. You will not be eligible for a return if we are not notified within 7 days of receipt of the artwork.

If the Artwork Arrives Damaged within 5 days of the delivery date, take photos of the damaged artwork and packaging and email them along with the order information to harrietzzart@gmail.com.  We will contact you to discuss the next steps.
